As a Registered Massage Therapist, it goes without saying that I am truly passionate about what I do. Since 2013, when I obtained my Honours in Massage Therapy, I have dedicated myself to building and developing my clinical skills to create a safe and effective treatment plan for each of my clients, no matter what troubles them.

I use many different tools to relieve the issues on the physical body but also educate each person on their nervous system and connective tissue health. I take time helping create self care plans to help maintain balance within the body as a whole. During sessions if I feel subtle increasing in tension on a physical level while you’re talking, I will stop and help rebalance the nervous system and teach each person how to access and recognize their own tension through mind, body awareness. Using cupping, hot stones, breath, vibrational sound tools, and grounding neurological pathway work. I take time for home care tools part of your time with me as it does have a large affect on your treatment plans to create a life with less physical dysfunctions.

My practice is built on a two-pronged approach. Firstly, I focus on providing my clients with massage therapy sessions that are clinical, empowering, and impactful. Secondly, I train my clients to develop their physical, mental and emotional well-being outside of our session, so they can jump back in to the active lifestyles that they desire. I provide my clients with detailed home care techniques to maximize the benefits of their treatment. I also give out referrals often for different types of body workers and medical specialists

I have considerable experience treating temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches & migraines, over-use injuries, mental health rehab and in rehabilitating injuries and chronic dysfunction. In addition, I am skilled in deep tissue techniques, meditation/ stress reduction and pre- and post-natal massage. As a registered massage therapist, I am committed to ensuring that the treatment I offer is up to date and that my education as a therapist is an ongoing process.
